What to Expect
You’ll be greeted in our lobby, fill out any necessary paperwork, and be shown to our massage room by your therapist. Your therapist will discuss your goals, needs and desires for your session and leave you to dress down to your comfort level lay on our comfy massage table. All you have to do is relax, enjoy and heal. After your session, our therapist will meet you with a cup of water and some pointers on stretches that will aid your ongoing healing.

Holly has been a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. Nicknamed “the muscle ninja” early in her practice, she works by following her clients’ areas of pain and discomfort back to its source using a combination of techniques including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, Thai stretching, and lymphatic drainage in order to help each individual feel their best.
