Before You Book
On your first visit, we’ll personalize the wave mat to your body and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience. This cutting-edge technology adapts to your needs, evolving with your feedback to optimize recovery after each session. Recalibration isn’t required for future visits unless there’s been a significant change, and we’re happy to adjust anytime—just let us know!
- Please allow one hour of time for your first visit. The calibration takes 15 minutes once you are checked in and prepared for your session. Once calibrated, you can expect a full 30 minute session on the wave mat.
- ADDING A GUEST
We offer two private Recharge Wave suites! Bring a friend, book both rooms at the same time, and unwind together in the lounge afterward.
- Open back gowns for contact with the electrodes and modesty.
- Blankets for warmth.
- Headphones, a selection of soothing music/guided meditations and an eye mask for ultimate relaxation.

- Similar to massage, you’ll undress from the waist up so your skin is in contact with the wave mat. You will need to roll your pants down some for complete contact to the base of your spine. Come as you are always, but it’s extra comfy if your pants are a little elastic.

The initial session is 45 minutes and subsequent sessions are 30 minutes. During your initial session, a member of our Drift Crew will calibrate the Wave Mat so each channel is adjusted to make the stimulation feel equally intense everywhere. The treatment is perfectly adapted to YOUR back.
Even after just one 30 minute session you can expect to experience pain relief, better range of motion and even a better night’s sleep! For athletes and those with chronic pain, we recommend 3-4 sessions a week and then once a week to twice per month for maintenance therapy.

Yes! You will be given a handheld remote to stop the service at any time and guide the intensity of the session.

• Newly slipped discs or unhealed fractures
• Blood clots in area of application
• Bone disease in the area of application, which is associated with high risk of bone fracture (e.g., higher grade osteoporosis)
