When you step into your personal flotation pod, you won’t be fighting gravity. The 1000+ pounds of epsom salt in the water supports you as you lie on your back. The water is kept at skin temperature, ~93.5 degrees, which means you lose track of where your body ends and the water begins. Your ears stay just below the water (with waterproof earplugs if you so choose), and the pods are insulated against sound, so noise from the outside world doesn’t reach you. After you close the lid, you simply float. After 5-10 minutes, the lights and music will fade out, easing you into the remainder of your float experience. For an hour, or more, the outside world is gone, and amazing things happen. It turns out that when you’re not fighting gravity or constantly taking in information your body has a lot of extra resources at its disposal. Your mind is able to unwind and flow freely without distraction, your brain pumps out dopamine and endorphins, and your body gets to rest, de-stress, and heal.

When you come in to sweat, we will have everything you need. You’ll step in to our state of the art, 3-in-1 infrared sauna, turn on some relaxing music or your favorite Netflix show, kick back and relax. You’ll burn hundreds of calories, eliminate toxins and improve your overall wellbeing. After your sauna session is over, wipe off the sweat and start the process of cooling down. By the time you get home, you’ll be ready for a shower and your whole body will feel at ease.

First, choose your aroma. Then you will have a seat in one of our comfy recliners, put on your fresh delivery hose, and simply lay back and breathe. You will start to fill up with energy and focus, getting you ready to conquer your finals or next big meeting. Our oxygen bar is first come first serve or by appointment over call or text.

The Lucia N°03 offers the benefits of a very deep mediation, through accessing an expanded state of consciousness almost immediately. The light stimulates temporary harmonic brain wave patterns usually only found in the brains of people who have been meditating for decades. The light helps the user access the Theta state as well as high Alpha patterns, often associated with joy, intuition, creativity and high concentration.

With a series of regular sessions on the light (a series of at least 5 is recommended for optimum benefits) you can literally train your brain to reach this optimal state at will. Even after one session it is easier to drop into a state of deep meditation as your brain knows where it’s going!
